At Skincarisma, we want you to love your skincare journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Skincarisma account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or written RMA number inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
